Are you expecting a baby? Join other new and expectant parents at the fall Johns Hopkins Baby Shower from 2:30 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 24, on the East Baltimore campus. (The next baby shower will be on March 22, 2018.) The Johns Hopkins Baby Shower will provide an opportunity to learn about the services and resources that will help you during this eventful life transition. Various speakers will provide information on:
- Breastfeeding support
- Choosing quality child care
- Postpartum depression
- Safe body mechanics and exercise during pregnancy
- Employee benefits package
In addition, you will have time to meet with vendors and network with other new and expectant parents. The Office of Work, Life and Engagement also will provide light refreshments, parking, and the chance to win raffle prizes. Register online or call 443-997-7000 before Oct. 17.
