Customer Service—It's Everybody's Job is a one-day workshop designed to help all employees recognize and take responsibility for serving internal and external customers in a tactful and helpful manner. It stresses the importance of every customer contact in person, on the phone, or by email. Emphasis is placed on the importance of clear, calm, and pleasant communication combined with flexible thinking and versatile behaviors.
The session will address the importance of "active" listening and collaborative problem solving. The ultimate goal is to help service givers provide helpful, accurate, and enthusiastic assistance in order to build long-term customer relationships.
