Spring is coming, and everyone is ready to head outdoors. The Office of Work, Life and Engagement has discounted tickets available for two special upcoming family-friendly activities, as well as for many local and national destinations.

Hop over to the Maryland Zoo for the Mary Sue Candies Bunny BonanZOO, which takes place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. from Friday, March 25, to Sunday, March 27. This event is free with paid zoo admission and happens at Waterfowl Lake. Bunny BonanZOO includes photos with the Easter Bunny, egg hunts, games and crafts, and more. (For additional event information, call 443-552-5276 or email events@marylandzoo.org.) Discount zoo tickets will save you $4 to $7 a person.

Team up with Thomas for a day of family fun at the B&O Railroad Museum over two weekends, April 22 to 24 and April 29 to May 1. Enjoy a train ride with Thomas, meet Sir Topham Hatt, have fun in the Imagination Station, and much more. Some events will feature Thomas' best friend, Percy. Discounted tickets are only $11 each (regularly $12 to $18).

Discounts are also available for other spring activities and summer vacations. Visit the Discounts page of the Work, Life and Engagement website for information about special prices at local and national amusement parks and for resorts, travel, and local attractions.
