A new experience creating career pathways

As part of Goal Seven of the university's Ten for One strategic vision—to become a national employer of choice, offering pathways to professional and personal development for all staff—Meredith Stewart, vice president and chief human resources officer, announced in March the introduction of myCareer, a technology resource focused on enhancing the career development experience for staff. Following a pilot phase with invited participants, all staff can now access myCareer and explore the personalized, centralized hub for navigating their professional growth.
