Changing Behavior Part 2: Achieving a Goal

Are you ready to transform unhealthy habits for good? In the past, have you had trouble making behavior changes permanent? Are you ready to try again, but this time successfully exchange unhealthy habits for healthier ones? Join Meg Stoltzfus, Lifespan Services Manager in the Office of Work, Life and Engagement, for a series of three workshops. In the second workshop of the Changing Behavior series, participants will identify a personal goal and leave with the tools to begin the change planning process. This is part of a three-part series (Part 3: 2/23) at the Keswick campus. Attending all sessions is recommended but not required.

Thursday, Feb. 9, Keswick, noon to 1 p.m.
