/ Published April 17, 2023Johns Hopkins University Alumni Weekend was full of excitement and activity, and for the more than 5,000 alums who returned to the Homewood campus, it was a weekend to remember.
From Friday through Sunday, alumni had the opportunity to reunite with classmates, learn about current offerings at Hopkins, and reconnect with their alma mater.
The weekend kicked off with an event for students on Thursday that lit the campus blue, setting the stage for a spirit-filled weekend that featured a performing arts showcase, the homecoming men's lacrosse game against Ohio State, and special events for class years ending in 3 and 8. A celebration for the Class of 1973, which marked its 50th reunion, also honored the six individuals in the class who were the first women to earn their undergraduate degrees at Hopkins.
