Beautiful weather abounded this week in Baltimore, and students on the Homewood campus soaked up the sun, both by spending time with friends and having class outdoors. A debate on the notion of reforming the Supreme Court, held as part of the Foreign Affairs Symposium, featured insights from Neal Katyal, former Acting Solicitor General of the United States, and Jeffrey Rosen, president and CEO of the National Constitution Center.
