Innovative energy partnerships focus of discussion between JHU engineers, Gov. Wes Moore

Leading Johns Hopkins Engineering energy researchers met last week with Maryland Gov. Wes Moore at the 2023 ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit, held in National Harbor. Ben Schafer, director of the university's Ralph S. O'Connor Sustainable Energy Institute, or ROSEI, led a discussion between the governor, a member of the Krieger School Class of 2001, and Hopkins energy experts on topics that included sustainable clean-tech manufacturing for Maryland and how the state can support career opportunities for Marylanders in clean energy.
