Football: Susquehanna at Johns Hopkins

Johns Hopkins (11-1) hosts Susquehanna (11-2) in an NCAA Division III playoff quarterfinal game, with a trip in the national semifinals on the line.

The Blue Jays defeated the River Hawks 40-22 in a regular-season game played on Sept. 20.

Hopkins is playing in the NCAA quarterfinals for the third consecutive year and the fifth time in program history. The Blue Jays have twice advanced to the semifinal round—in 2018, and again in 2024, when they lost 45-37 to Mount Union. Susquehanna also advanced to the national semifinals a year ago, falling 66-0 to eventual national champion North Central.
