Walking Meditation

Interested in mindfulness and meditation? Want to ground yourself and find time to breathe after a busy week? Struggling to find peace and calm in your life?
Join an introductory guided walking meditation. Reconnect with nature, find peace, and ground yourself in your breath. Replenish your energy and finish the week centered in the present moment.
Indoor locations for winter: The walking meditation will move indoors in November and December. The schedule is:
- Nov. 7: Bunting-Meyerhoff Interfaith & Community Service Center (3509 N. Charles St.)
- Nov. 14: Bunting-Meyerhoff Interfaith & Community Service Center (3509 N. Charles St.)
- Nov. 21: Bloomberg Student Center, Room 404 (3290 N. Charles St.)
- Dec. 5: Bunting-Meyerhoff Interfaith & Community Service Center (3509 N. Charles St.)
- Dec. 12: Bloomberg Student Center, Room 404 (3290 N. Charles St.)
No meditation experience required. Attendees are free to come and go quietly. You may stay for as little or as long as you would like. All Johns Hopkins affiliates welcome.
The walking meditation will be guided by Tiffany Pozo-Lin. This event is hosted with Student Well-being and PEEP (Preventative Education and Empowerment for Peers) peer educators.
