Active Aging: Caring for a Person with Dementia

This fall, The Academy at Johns Hopkins is kicking off a new series of informational sessions called Active Aging, with the target audience being senior faculty from across the university. The series will feature expert speakers covering important topics related to health and aging, including dementia, Alzheimer's, polypharmacy, medication management, exercise, nutrition, and more.
Join this series of informational sessions that address the 5 M's of age-friendly health care: what matters most, mentation, mobility, medication, and multicomplexity.
Peter Rabins, the founding director of the division of geriatric psychiatry at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and the first holder of the Richman Family Chair of Alzheimer's disease and Related Disorders, will give a talk titled "Caring for a Person with Dementia."
