Description

Join Johns Hopkins MA in Writing student Susan Edwards as she moderates a discussion with program lecturer Elise Levine. Levine, who will introduce her new short-story collection Big of You, is also the author of Say This: Two Novellas and of the story collections This Wicked Tongue and Driving Men Mad. Her published work—including novels Blue Field and Requests and Dedications, as well as works of nonfiction and poetry—has appeared in numerous publications including Ploughshares, The Walrus, The Collagist, Blackbird, Hotel Amerika, Prairie Schooner, and Best Canadian Stories.

Levine earned a BA in English from the University of Toronto, a diploma in book and magazine publishing from Centennial College in Toronto, and an MFA in writing from Vermont College of Fine Art. She has worked as a book editor in educational publishing and was the managing editor of a feminist publisher in Toronto.
