Hopkins AI Lab for Geospatial Research: AI Meets GIS
Description
Curious about how artificial intelligence can support your mapping or geospatial analysis work? This one-hour workshop introduces how to use the Hopkins AI Lab to help you brainstorm, plan, and troubleshoot common geographic information systems (GIS) tasks. The presenters will also provide a brief look at Esri's artificial intelligence (AI) tools to highlight what is possible within their mapping ecosystem.
Whether you are brand new to GIS or already working with maps, this session will offer practical, beginner-friendly examples of how AI can enhance your spatial thinking. No prior experience with GIS is required. All you need is curiosity and an interest in maps or spatial questions.
This workshop is hosted by Johns Hopkins Data Services.
