Life Design Workshop | Get Curious: Good Work
Description
What makes work feel meaningful? What energizes you, and what drains you?
In this reflective and practical session, you'll explore your personal definition of "good work" and how it aligns with your values, energy, and aspirations. Using the Life Design framework, you'll learn how to make the most of your current role while imagining what's next.
In this workshop, you will:
- Define what "good work" means to you
- Identify what energizes you at work—and what doesn't
- Explore your workview and workplace mix (money, impact, expression)
- Use tools like the Energy Graph, AEIOU Reflection, and Good Work Journal
- Apply tiny habits to take small, meaningful steps toward more fulfilling work
