Undergraduate Research Week: URSCA Open House
Description
This annual event, hosted by the Office of Undergraduate Research, Scholarly, and Creative Activity (URSCA), offers a variety of virtual and in-person programming intended to encourage and empower undergraduates to get involved in research and to pursue the research funding URSCA offers.
The week kicks off with the URSCA Open House on Monday. Stop by to enjoy refreshments and giveaways, meet URSCA staff and current researchers, and learn about what URSCA does and how the office can support you.
Then join the office throughout the entire week for:
- an info session on URSCA grants and fellowships
- daily drop-in hours for getting all your questions answered
- a series of student-run panel discussions addressing every aspect of undertaking research at Johns Hopkins as an undergraduate—from designing your own project and finding a mentor to navigating the ins and outs of the research itself.
Please see more details on Hopkins Groups, where you can also register for individual events.
