Live Near Your Work: Live Baltimore Trolley Tour Fall 2025

Live Baltimore is hosting their Fall 2025 Trolley Tour, a free event open to all buyers at all stages of the homebuying process. This event will take place from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 4, at Johns Hopkins at Eastern located at 1101 E. 33rd Street Baltimore, MD 21218.

At this event, explore 10+ neighborhoods* on a narrated tour of Northeast Baltimore, connect with real estate professionals and community organizations, and learn more about the homebuying process and incentives that may be available to you. Buying into Baltimore $5,000 incentive awards can be applied for following this in-person event, eligible attendees will then be entered into a lottery. *Note: some neighborhoods featured on the tour may not be eligible for the Hopkins LNYW grant if they fall outside of the program boundary lines.
