Based on his new book The Greatest American, Mark Skousen, a presidential fellow and the Doti-Spogli Endowed Chair of Free Enterprise at Chapman University, will apply Benjamin Franklin's diplomatic skills to unify America in celebration of the 250th anniversary of our nation and the Declaration of Independence.
