Suicide Prevention Question, Persuade, Refer Workshop
Description
Trigger warning: This is a suicide prevention-centered workshop and issues of death and dying will be discussed.
The 70-minute virtual workshop covers the nationally recognized QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) model, equipping participants with practical skills to recognize early warning signs, engage in meaningful conversations, and connect peers to appropriate professional resources.
Co-facilitators for this workshop are Mental Health Services Clinician Andrea Regenberg and Director of Outreach, Suicide Prevention Walker Tisdale of Mental Health Services, Student Health and Well-Being.

Registration is confirmed for the first 30 faculty and/or staff who RSVP to participate as there is a capacity limit for this evidence based workshop. RSVP via email is required. Certificates will be provided to those confirm attendance via email to Director of Outreach, Suicide Prevention Initiatives Tisdale at WalkerTisdale@jhu.edu.
