Yoga and Pranayama for Student Well-Being

Join Health Promotion and Well-Being for a 60-minute yoga and pranayama (breathing exercises and techniques) practice led by Apoorva D., a Well-Being ambassador, School of Public Health grad student, and yoga instructor.
This is open to all Johns Hopkins students and learners. Please bring your own yoga mat.
