Join a group yoga class with Yaseer and Namrata, where like-minded individuals come together to cultivate physical, mental, and emotional well-being. These expert instructors guide you through a series of poses, breathing techniques, and meditation practices tailored to meet the needs of all levels.
Hosted by the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. This event is offered in-person and on Zoom. Snacks will be provided.
