Description
The Hopkins Cooking Series is Hopkins Dining's initiative to teach students valuable cooking skills with a recipe specially curated by Hopkins Dining's chefs.
The next and final class of the semester will be hosted by Graham Browning, Hopkins Dining sustainability manager, and Chef Hamilton Goss, Hopkins Dining director of culinary innovation. This session focuses on making salads using leftover ingredients with sustainable dressings.
