Fulbright U.S. Student Program Info Session

Description
Students and recent graduates: Are you interested in spending the 2026-27 academic year abroad, pursuing research, graduate study or a creative project, or teaching English and U.S. culture?
Join the Johns Hopkins National Fellowships Program (NFP) for one of the upcoming Zoom info sessions to learn about the Fulbright U.S. Student Program. Since 2010, more than 200 students and alumni from Johns Hopkins have been awarded Fulbright grants to 65 countries on six continents. Fulbright student grants allow rising and current seniors, graduate students, and recent alums to carry out an independent research project, earn a master's degree, or serve as an English teaching assistant while engaging in cultural exchange with their host communities. To apply for a Fulbright grant, you must be a U.S. citizen at the time of application and have a bachelor's degree by the time the grant would start (but not have earned a doctoral degree by the time you apply).
The info session will cover the basic grant types, how to choose a host country (from among nearly 130 participating countries), and how NFP supports students and recent graduates applying through Johns Hopkins, which has been a top producer of Fulbright U.S. Student Program grantees for 15 years running.
