  • Abraham L. Newman, political scientist and director of the BMW Center for German and European Studies at Georgetown University
  • Edward Fishman, senior research scholar at the Columbia University Center on Global Energy Policy
  • Juan José Gómez-Camacho, former Mexican ambassador and senior fellow at the Foreign Policy Institute and professor at Johns Hopkins SAIS
