Description

Yuval Elhanati, a senior research scientist at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, will give a talk titled "TCR Repertoire Overlap and Public Clones—Prediction from Theory and Observation in Data" as part of the Institute for Computational Medicine Seminar Series.

This is a hybrid event; to attend virtually, find the Zoom link on the event page.

Abstract:

Large diversity of T cell receptors (TCR) is a defining characteristic of the T cell repertoire. But despite the large number of different TCR each individual possesses, public T cell clones, shared between many individuals, are observed in any cohort. In this talk I will present models that can explain and predict TCR overlap and show how overlap analysis can produce insights on patients' data.
