Lunch & Learn: Your Healthy Heart
Description
American Heart Month is celebrated in February to raise awareness about heart disease and encourage healthy lifestyles. Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death in the United States, but it is preventable. Paying attention to your heart health is one of the best things you can do to improve your quality of life, longevity and overall health.
Bring your meal and join us for this lunch and learn in which we will touch on the various terms and factors you need to know for better heart health.
This program is provided in partnership by the Johns Hopkins Employee Assistance program (JHEAP) and the JHU Well-being Program to highlight benefits and resources to support your well-being at work and in your personal life.
