Hopkins Dining: Hopkins Cooking Series
Description
The Hopkins Cooking Series is Hopkins Dining's initiative to teach students valuable cooking skills with a recipe specially curated by Hopkins Dining's chefs.
The first class of the spring semester will be hosted by Chef Joseph Bollinger, the executive sous chef at Peabody, and Chef Katherine "Kat" De Graw, the catering sous chef, featuring heart cake decorating.
