Transcendental Meditation® Course Information Session
Description
Transcendental Meditation® (TM) is an evidence-based approach to improve your well-being. TM is a simple, natural, effortless technique practiced 20 minutes twice each day while sitting comfortably with the eyes closed. Through TM, you can reduce stress and anxiety, decrease the impacts of depression and trauma, improve sleep, and improve intelligence, creativity, and your learning ability.
Come be part of the ninth cohort of TM participants. This eight-week program is structured to help you gain the benefits of TM (mentioned above) while learning skills and connecting with other students. Visit the TM website to learn more about the program and access the application.
To participate in the program, students and trainees (post-docs, house staff, etc.) must attend a required Zoom information session. Please attend the event by using the Zoom link.
Choose from one of the following information session dates:
- Monday, Feb. 10, at 7:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, Feb. 12, at 1 p.m.
- Thursday, Feb. 13, at 6 p.m.
- Monday, Feb. 17, at 7:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, Feb. 19, at 1 p.m.
