Description
As a people leader, it is your role to support employees in times of turmoil and help them navigate through the commotion and stay on course, while often dealing with the events yourself. In this workshop, you will explore how people typically react to disruption and loss, discover ways to support your team and yourself during challenging times, and learn practical tips for building empathy as a leader. We'll also cover strategies for clear communication during uncertainty and highlight resources available to help you and your team thrive.
This live workshop will be co-facilitated by two of CCA's Workplace Consultants who are also mental health professionals: Manendra Bhugra, MA, LMSW and Jay Sandys, PhD, LCSW, ACC.
The Johns Hopkins Employee Assistance program (JHEAP) can help you and your household family members connect to professional counseling for any issue that's on your mind. Access is free, confidential, and 24/7. Call 1-888-978-1262.
