Description
Presented by Public Health + AI Strategic Endeavors (PHAISE), this AI Research Day explore the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and public health. The event will kick off with a keynote address by the distinguished Ziad Obermeyer, where he will share his groundbreaking insights on how machine learning can help doctors make better decisions and help researchers make new discoveries by 'seeing' the world the way algorithms do.
Following the keynote, a poster session featuring prominent upcoming research by researchers affiliated with the Bloomberg School of Public Health will take place in Feinstone Hall from 2 to 4 p.m. Posters will include cutting-edge applications and issues of AI in public health, AI-related research activities across the school, and opportunities for students and faculty across departments and backgrounds to connect and collaborate on projects.
