Materials Characterization and Processing Workshop and Celebration
Description
The Johns Hopkins University Materials Characterization and Processing (MCP) facility's upcoming workshop and celebration has the theme of "Innovation Nexus: A Celebration of the Johns Hopkins MCP and the Role of Large-Scale Facilities in Responding to Materials Science Grand Challenges." This full day will include featured speakers, lunch, tours of the facility, and additional sessions as well as a ribbon-cutting celebration with remarks from Johns Hopkins President Ron Daniels, Johns Hopkins Provost Ray Jayawardhana, Whiting School of Engineering Dean Ed Schlesinger, MCP Director Mitra Taheri, and MCP Director of Operations Ken Livi.
