In this interactive session, participants will: + Engage in two arts-based activities—a Personal Responses Tour and a Visual Thinking Strategies discussion + Experience firsthand how arts-based activities can promote both development of clinically relevant attributes and facilitative leadership skills + Explore the key elements of Visual Thinking Strategies and their relevance to facilitative leadership + Share additional reflections and ask questions throughout the session, as well as during the open discussion period
