Description

Join Megan Ihnen, Peab '05 (MMUS), in conversation with SNF Agora Visiting Fellow Emily White, founder of #iVoted, an organization that produces record-breaking events and activates entertainment venues to admit fans who show a selfie either from outside their polling place or at home with a blank and unmarked ballot. #iVoted events have featured Billie Eilish, Run the Jewels, Phish, Steph Curry, and more.

Please attend the event by using the Hopkins at Home link.

With a C-suite that is majority BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color) and 100% women, and an overall team that is 92% BIPOC, women, nonbinary, or LGBTQ+, #iVoted is revolutionizing voter turnout while mentoring the next generation of leaders. In this important election year, learn what strategies are in play to continue to engage diverse audiences, blend music and civic responsibility, and make the act of voting a celebrated and communal experience.
