Join us for an exciting event on science diplomacy where high-level speakers, experts, and scholars from around the world will discuss how science can foster international cooperation.

Over the course of two days, the Science Diplomacy Summit will host:

• Keynote remarks from U.S. Rep. Bill Foster, JHU President Ron Daniels, Nobel laureate Peter Agre, and Kendra Sharp, who leads the Office of International Science and Engineering at the National Science Foundation

• Panel discussions by current and previous science advisors to the U.S. secretary of state and ambassadors

• Pod discussions with speakers from more than 20 different countries and more than 40 different organizations on quantum, climate change, space and oceans, health international partnerships, artificial intelligence, and more

This high-level event will focus on key developments in different aspects of science diplomacy through thematic "pod" discussions led by different organizations. Topics include artificial intelligence ethics, governance, and societal Impacts; quantum information science and technology; climate change innovation, renewable energy, sustainability, and food systems; personalized health and future therapeutics; space diplomacy; data diplomacy; and much more.
