Commemoration Day celebration
Description
On Feb.22, 1876, Daniel Coit Gilman was formally inaugurated as the first president of Johns Hopkins University, an event that was later celebrated with pomp and ceremony.
This year, our 148th, we will celebrate the occasion with cupcakes! We will display historic photographs of campus and students, and there will be a nostalgic takeaway from Hopkins Retrospective.
Stop by MSEL Q-Level and wish Hopkins University a very happy birthday!
