Description

Hopkins Cooking Series is a monthly initiative to teach students valuable cooking skills with a recipe specially curated by Hopkins Dining's chefs. This month's class is hosted by Joseph Bollinger, executive sous chef at Peabody, featuring various techniques and versions of dipped strawberries.
