Carbon Conscious

Description

Carbon Conscious is a competitive forum designed to support, motivate, and mentor aspiring innovators in their sustainable startup ideas hosted by FastForward U. The event starts at 5 p.m. on Feb. 9 and ends on Feb. 10 at 7 p.m. Students work in teams to tackle targeted sustainability challenges head-on. Solutions can come in any form ranging from strategic business proposals, cutting-edge mobile applications, functional prototypes, and so on.

Participants will get into groups of 3-4 with other undergraduate and graduate students from Johns Hopkins and the greater Baltimore area. There will be accomplished speakers, mentors, free food, and a total cash prize pool of over $2,000.
