The Culture Kitchen is Hopkins Dining's series geared towards celebrating culture & community through cuisine. This month's The Culture Kitchen celebrates Black History Month with recipes inspired by Ethiopian chef Marcus Samuelsson. All month long, visit Levering Kitchen's Grill station to try our take on his Berbere Fried Chicken with Atakilt Wot (Ethiopian Cabbage and Potatoes).
