Description

Helen Clark, former New Zealand prime minister, will discuss her trailblazing career and "Leadership Today: Opportunities and Challenges" with the Hon. Shirin Tahir-Kheli, a senior fellow at the Foreign Policy Institute of the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).

Clark's insights into the view from the top include her three terms as prime minister and as the first woman to become administrator of the United Nations Development Programme. Clark will engage on various aspects of her work in politics, defense, sustainable development, and global health. As chair of the Global Leadership Foundation, she will share an important perspective on global leadership and diplomacy.

James Steinberg, dean of Johns Hopkins SAIS, will delivery introductory remarks.
