International Studies Program

Description

Learn about special admissions programs exclusively for Johns Hopkins undergraduate students at the university's Washington, D.C.; SAIS Europe; and Hopkins-Nanjing Center locations through the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). Attendees will have an opportunity to explore Johns Hopkins's BA/MA, Direct Admissions, and Junior Year Abroad programs and ask questions about the admissions process, financial aid, and curriculum structure for each program. Lunch will be provided by HomeSlyce.

BA/MA program: The five-year BA/MA program with the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington, D.C., allows select undergraduate students to pursue an intensive program in international studies and also obtain a Master of Arts in International Relations from SAIS.

Direct Admissions program: Undergraduate students with a cumulative 3.33 GPA from the Whiting School of Engineering or Krieger School of Arts and Sciences are eligible for direct admission to a participating master's program at Johns Hopkins SAIS.

Junior Year Abroad program: Motivated international studies and political science majors demonstrating a high level of maturity and strong desire to study abroad at the graduate level may apply to spend their junior year or a semester at SAIS Europe in Bologna, Italy.
