Johns Hopkins Travel Procurement Vendor Day

Description

The Johns Hopkins Travel Office brings together many of the university's travel preferred suppliers for you to meet and discuss your travel and meeting needs.

Session schedule:

• 10:30 – 11 a.m. — Procurement, An Overview
• 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. — The Procurement of Meetings
• 1 – 1:45 p.m. — Concur Travel and Expense

On April 5, the vendor day will be held at the Great Hall (sessions in Levering Classroom A) on the Homewood campus, and on April 6, the event will be held along the Turner Concourse (sessions in Tilghman Auditorium) on the East Baltimore campus. The Card Administration office will be onsite at the Johns Hopkins Travel Office table to answer any Pcard/CBTC reconciliation questions from 11 a.m. to noon.
