Happy Hour, Pizza & Art Auction Fundraiser for Women in STEM

For the month of March, the Baltimore chapter of the Association for Women in Science (AWIS) has partnered with Joe Squared Pizza for their monthly community "Do Good" pizza. Every month, the best pizza spot in Maryland pairs with a local nonprofit or cause and dedicates a pizza in their honor with proceeds going to the organization.

This month, Joe Squared brought back a fan-favorite, Spaghetti and Meatball Pizza, for AWIS Baltimore. Additionally, AWIS Baltimore will have a Silent Art Auction (5-8 p.m.) and Happy Hour (4-9 p.m.), featuring artwork from some favorite local artists. Proceeds from the pizza and happy hour will support AWIS Baltimore operations to continue putting on events for the Baltimore Women in STEM community. The organization hopes to raise enough money to start a scholarship for Baltimore high school girls interested in pursuing STEM.
