Description

Calling all East Baltimore learners: It's the final well-being break of 2022, and what better way to wrap up the year than to do some acts of service. Join Health Promotion & Well-Being in assembling "street survival kits" for donation to Health Care for the Homeless Maryland. You're also invited to write some kind words of encouragement.

Most materials will be provided, but if you are willing and able to, Health Promotion & Well-Being is also accepting donations of the following items to be included in kits:

  • new socks
  • rain poncho
  • reusable water bottle
  • energy bars/trail mix/dried fruit
  • gift card for food
  • toothbrush and toothpaste
  • bar soap in a durable plastic bag
  • body lotion
  • wet wipes
  • hand sanitizer
  • comb
  • menstrual hygiene products
  • hats, gloves, scarf, hand warmers

A little act of service can go a long way in helping someone else in need this holiday season.
