East Baltimore Mindful Walks
Description
Join Johns Hopkins Health Promotion and Well-being for East Baltimore Mindful Walks. Use this time to take a meaningful break from your day and practice mindfulness during a walk around Eager Park in East Baltimore.
Walks are led by Carol Spencer of Health Promotion and Well-being and Milly Altamira of the Johns Hopkins Student Assistance Program. Time includes opening, 15-20 min walk, and closing. There is no experience nor fitness level necessary—people of all abilities are welcome.

We will meet at the south corner of Eager Park outside of the Starbucks (1812 Ashland Ave.). We will walk in drizzle/light rain, so please dress appropriately or bring an umbrella. Walks will be cancelled due to moderate rain and forecasted snow.
