Description

In collaboration with the Johns Hopkins Education and Research Center for Occupational Safety and Health, the Johns Hopkins POE Total Worker Health® Center in Mental Health present the hybrid Mental Health in the Workplace Fall Summit 2022.

All health care, veterinary, agriculture, forestry, fisheries, and essential workers in the Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia region are invited to the Mental Health in the Workplace Fall Summit. Presentations will include topics on burnout, peer support, workplace de-stigmatization, well-being and work-related productivity, mental health in vulnerable worker populations (including migrant workers), and communication and mental health in the workplace, among other topics.

The goal of this regionally focused Summit is to engage with local stakeholders through lectures on workplace mental health topics while also offering worker populations of various industries an opportunity to talk about the barriers and facilitators to occupational mental health and well-being through interactive sessions. The information gathered during the Summit will be used to help direct future POE center projects.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided for in-person.
