Branville Bard, vice president for public safety for Johns Hopkins University and Medicine, hosts a town hall forum to discuss the draft memorandum of understanding (MOU) between Johns Hopkins and the Baltimore Police Department, part of the process of establishing a small, progressive, community-focused, and highly accountable Johns Hopkins Police Department.
