Witnessing or hearing about acts of violence may leave you feeling tough emotions. You may feel angry, scared, or numb. Offered through mySupport, this webinar will provide an overview of what trauma is, common symptoms, and tips to help with recovery from trauma.

Register in advance for the session being held at noon on Thursday, June 9.
