April Awareness Speaker: Noelle Dubay
Description
Noelle Dubay who is a postdoctoral fellow at Johns Hopkins, will give a talk titled "Who Fought for What?: A Queer Perspective on the Other Side of Same-Sex Marriage" for the Diverse Sexuality and Gender Alliance (DSAGA).
During the DSAGA's April Awareness pride month, the alliance invites speakers in hopes of informing people both within and outside of the LGBTQ+ community.
Noelle Dubay completed her Ph.D. in English at Johns Hopkins University in 2020. In addition to teaching with the University Writing Program, she has designed and taught various courses in American literature through the English Department, the Program for Women, Gender, and Sexuality, and as a Dean's Teaching Fellow.
