The Theatre Arts and Studies Program presents a reading of the award-winning play The Mountaintop, featuring new faculty member Gerrad Taylor as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and senior Tara Desporte as the woman he encounters on the very last night of his life. Award-winning playwright Katori Hall fuses humor, political and personal drama, and spirituality to create this charming yet powerful piece of theatre.
