The Billie Holiday Center for Liberation Arts presents a conversation with Elder Charles Dugger, living history fellow and elder in residence. Elder Dugger, a longtime activist and radical educator, shares his eyewitness accounts of key moments in Baltimore history and reflects on how we can use education to truly liberate the mind for progressive social change.
