Description

This coffee chat, featuring Anna Mayo, an assistant professor from the Carey Business School, will cover best practices related to cross-boundary work in teams.

Come discuss evidence-based strategies for leveraging team starts, transcending boundaries within a team (e.g., hierarchical, professional), and managing the team's boundary (e.g., integrating new members and crossing the team boundary to find needed knowledge and resources).

A 20-30 minute didactic session will be followed by an interactive Q&A in which participants can talk through real-world challenges they are facing around boundaries within a team.

This session is hosted by the Johns Hopkins Institute for Clinical and Translational Research. Learn more about the series and target audience online.
